• People with braces, a retainer, a bridge, dentures, or dental implants less than a year old
• Anyone with dental problems, such as severe gum disease, loose teeth, or abscesses
• Those who have been diagnosed with temporomandibular disorder (TMD or TMJ)
• People with very narrow palates
• Children under 18

Clean your ApneaRx mouthpiece daily using a toothbrush and toothpaste or an ultrasonic cleaner (not included). Let it dry fully before storing it in the case. 

To disinfect the mouthpiece, you can use Aseptic Guard spray. Avoid using mouthwash, denture tablet solutions, or harsh cleaning products.
